I received my groin guard without it even being laced or with laces for me to lace it up myself ridiculous

Extremely comfortable while slipping, ducking, and moving in general. Protects a good amount of the lower torso, and the dense padding provides adequate protection. Only complaint was the cup is a little small and squeezes up on my gonads a bit. Great product
